We slow-cook our Chancho (pork) for 5 hours and add just enough spice to create a craving you won't believe. We add chancho to a bed of cilantro-lime rice and romaine, and then top it with parmesan cheese, cucumbers, pico-de-gallo, a cool cilantro-lime yogurt sauce and your choice of our famous rustic habanero salsa or wasabi vinaigrette! These just might be the best tacos on the planet.
Magical Chutney Tacos - 8.50
This vegan delight starts with our ginger-banana chutney heated between two soft-corn tortillas. Add to that your choice of black or pinto beans, shredded lettuce, pico de Gallo, corn salsa & guacamole, and the magic will power you all day long!
Slammin' Salmon Tacos - 12.50
3 soft-flour tacos with gorgonzola & swiss cheeses melted into our spicy black bean spread. We add blackened wild-caught salmon to a bed of spinach, cabbage and then top with your choice of rustic habanero salsa or Argentinian chimichurri, corn salsa, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and cilantro-lime yogurt.
Seared Tuna Salad - 13.00
Built on a bed of spinach, romaine and purple cabbage, we add seared tuna steak, fresh roma tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet red-peppers, toasted almonds, pickled onions, feta cheese and a dollop of Argentinian chimichurri. We finish this salad with tahini and wasabi vinaigrette dressings.

The Endo! - 12.00
If you're going over the handlebars.. you gotta Go Big! The Endo-Burrito is a saddle-inspired creation that supports The Montana Bicycle Guild. A base of blackened wild-caught sockeye salmon, cilanro-lime rice and fresh spinach over a sun-dried ricotta spread dressed with balsamic vinaigrette all topped with pico de gallo, corn salsa, gorgonzola cheese, cilantro-lime yogurt and wasabi vinaigrette.
Kitchen Jesus - 11.50
From messiah chef, Sean Ehlert, comes this sweet & tangy tug-o-war. We bed our Asian-marinated bison sirloin in a bed of cilantro-lime rice, romaine lettuce and purple cabbage, and then top it all with a smothering of Argentinian chimichurri, sweet corn-salsa, pickled onions and a sprinkling of feta cheese.
Blackwater Bayou - 10.50
Zesty garlic aioli, crunchy catfish & melted swiss w/ crisp iceberg lettuce, pico de gallo, corn salsa, olives, pepperoncini & malt vinegar. Add a line of stash if you like it hot.

It's pretty simple. We joined the southern culinary forces of our Blackwater Bayou & Jambalaya burritos and.... Boom! Minds Blown!

Shrimp, chicken & andouille sausage w/ grilled peppers all served in a fiery Louisiana cajun sauce, served with cilantro-lime rice. We recommend sour cream, mild and corn salsa and a line of stash if you can handle it.

A sweet & fiery Thai peanut sauce combined with your choice of protein, spicy chili bean spread, cilantro-lime rice, bamboo shoots & purple cabbage. We suggest gorgonzola, corn salsa and wasabi.

A rich, traditional alfredo sauce married with a bed of angel-hair pasta and your choice of steak, chicken or shrimp. We like it with parmesan, black olives and corn salsa.
